Questions
& Answers

  • You're invitation says no children, does that include my kid?
We would respectfully ask that all children under 12 years old be left at home with a babysitter for this event. So yes, even your sweet golden baby-child who we both love must unfortunately stay at home so mommy and daddy can party with us.
  • Can I bring a plus one?
We would appreciate if only those with invitations come and not bring any extra people in order to keep the ceremony intimate.
  • What is the dress code?
The dress code is cocktail attire. If you can dress it up, feel free to wear that fun outfit you've been saving for a special event! We'd be honored :) Here are some of our ideas: For those who want to wear pants: A suit and tie, and if you're feeling brave, jazzed up with a bright tie or creative pocket square. For those who want to wear a dress or skirt: a cocktail, tea-length, knee-length, or midi party dress in a fun color paired with playful accessories and heels, dressy flats, or your shiniest cowboy boots.
  • Where are you registered?
Thank you for thinking of gifts for us! While your presence is the best present we could receive, we do have a list of gifts and cash funds that you can contribute to at https://www.zola.com/registry/chloeandcierra.
  • Do I need to wear the wedding colors?
Nope! Wear whatever formal attire you feel best in! Fancy suit? Sure. Fancy dress? Of course. Fancy potato sack? Hey, why not.
  • Where should I stay?
We recommend staying at the Crowne Plaza in Chandler, at least for Saturday night after the wedding. We have details about room blocks & pricing at various local hotels in our "Hotels" tab. If you don't mind more of a drive, Scottsdale has a lot to offer for nightlife & daytime tourism.
  • What should we do while in Arizona?
We have a few of our must-see restaurant and activities recommendations in our "During Your Visit" tab, but that doesn't capture the half of what you can do in the area (& beyond!). Some more locations we recommend: - The LOVE statue - Musical Instrument Museum - TopGolf - Old Town Scottsdale If you don't mind a road trip: - Grand Canyon National Park (~4 hour drive from Phoenix) - Sedona (~2 hour drive from Phoenix) - perfect for red rock hiking (Devil's Bridge is our fave), pink Jeep tours, and good BBQ! - Rooster Cogburn's Ostrich Ranch (also listed in the tab above, it's been our go-to for when people visit!)
  • Why Arizona?
Despite living in California, we thought Arizona would be a great place to have our wedding. Chloe's family lives there and Cierra's family has enjoyed visiting Arizona for many years. We think it's the perfect meeting place for our extended family to come and celebrate with us (plus the weather is great in April).
  • What will the weather be like?
April is one of the most beautiful times for visiting Arizona. The spring season brings a wonderful bloom to the native flowers and the weather averages about 70 degrees.
